We make homes non-toxic.
Retrofit or new build, we work through all six pillars for a home that's non-toxic where it reaches you and low-tox everywhere else.
OUR PILLARS
No two homes pour the same water. We read yours through certified testing and then design filtration around what we find. The correction is specific to both your tap and your family’s needs.
I. WATER
The air in a room is never neutral. It carries whatever the paint, the finishes, and the furnishings release, and what settles out of it becomes the dust that holds metals, flame retardants, and phthalates. We find the source, ventilate, and filter to a measurable standard, so the air and the dust are clean by proof, not by feel.
II. AIR
Most fragrance is synthetic chemistry, and "fragrance" on a label can legally hide phthalates that disrupt the body's hormones. Scent should settle a room, not burden the air in it. We start from clean molecules, so what you breathe is calm you can trust, not a mask over something you can't see.
III. SCENT
We don't light a room for how it looks, we light it for what it does to your body's clock. One flat, blue-heavy light all day never lets the body wind down. We design light to follow the day, cool and bright to wake and work, warm and low to rest, and blue stripped before sleep, verified by flicker and spectrum, not just brightness. Light your eye barely notices, but your body reads all day long.
IV. LIGHT
A finish can be beautiful and still off-gas for years. Every surface, textile, and furnishing is a decision about what your home releases and what it holds. We specify for your home and verify each certification ourselves, so nothing is quiet in looks but loud underneath.
V. MATERIALS
What you bring home is the home. We go through everything already in the house, retire what's quietly working against you, and replace it with vetted alternatives we source and supply for you. Then we build the systems that keep the good ones coming, so living well is the default.
VI. PROVISIONS
The exposures most homes carry, and never name.
In a new build, we design the exposures out before they exist, routed, specified, and sealed into the architecture, so nothing has to be undone later.
In an existing home, we test for what is already present, prioritize what matters most, and remediate it in careful, unhurried passes.

THE STANDARD
The closer a material gets to your body, the stricter the rule.
I. INGESTED & ABSORBED
What touches what you eat, drink, or put on your skin: your water, your food and its surfaces, cookware, the bed you sleep on. Plastic is banned here, glass, steel, stone, and solid wood in its place, and we verify it with independent testing, not label claims.
II. BREATHED
What shares your air and the bed you sleep against: paints, finishes, adhesives, furnishings, and scent. No off-gassing, no synthetic fragrance, no plastic you breathe, held to published emissions data rather than marketing.
III. DURABLE & ENCLOSED
Sealed inside electronics you never touch: purifiers, monitors, saunas, sleep systems. A plastic housing is permitted here, because there is no pathway from it to you, so these are judged on emissions and low-EMF instead.
