We make homes non‑toxic.

Everything your family drinks, breathes, and touches, tested and corrected.

We find what's there, design the fix, source the replacements, and handle the work.
One room or the whole house. Retrofit or new build.

How It Works

I. Evaluate

We walk the home and learn how your family really lives.

II. Test

We arrange accredited lab testing for water, air, dust, and materials. You get the actual results, not our summary of them.

III. Design

A prioritized plan built for your home and no other.

IV. Handle It

We source the replacements, coordinate the trades, and manage the work through to done.

Our Pillars

No two homes pour the same water. We arrange testing and design filtration around what it actually shows.

Water

The air in a room is never neutral. We find the source, ventilate, and filter to a measurable standard, so it's clean by proof, not by feel.

Air

"Fragrance" on a label can legally hide phthalates. We start from clean molecules, so what you breathe isn't a mask over something you can't see.

Scent

We light a room for what it does to your body's clock, not just how it looks. Cool and bright to work, warm and low to rest, blue stripped before sleep.

Light

A finish can be beautiful and still off-gas for years. We specify for your home and verify every certification ourselves.

Materials

What you bring home is the home. We retire what's working against you and replace it with vetted alternatives we source for you.

Provisions

In a new build, we design the exposures out before they exist, routed, specified, and sealed into the architecture, so nothing has to be undone later.

The exposures most homes carry, and never name.

In an existing home, we look at what is already present, prioritize what matters most, and correct it in careful, unhurried passes.

  • Chlorine & disinfection byproducts

  • Heavy metals

  • PFAS (“forever chemicals”)

  • VOCs & off-gassing

  • Mold & biological

  • Combustion (gas)

  • Particulate matter

  • Microplastics

  • Endocrine disruptors

  • Radon & soil gases

The Standard

The closer a material gets to your body, the stricter the rule.

I. Ingested and Absorbed

What touches what you eat, drink, or put on your skin: your water, your food and its surfaces, cookware, the bed you sleep on. Plastic is banned here, glass, steel, stone, and solid wood in its place, and we verify it with independent testing, not label claims.

What shares your air and the bed you sleep against: paints, finishes, adhesives, furnishings, and scent. No off-gassing, no synthetic fragrance, no plastic you breathe, held to published emissions data rather than marketing.

II. Breathed

III. Durable and Enclosed

Sealed inside electronics you never touch: purifiers, monitors, saunas, sleep systems. A plastic housing is permitted here, because there is no pathway from it to you, so these are judged on emissions and low-EMF instead.

How We Verify

We arrange testing for water, air, dust, and materials through accredited labs. You get the actual results, not our summary of them.

Standards

Products are held to published emissions and certification data, such as GreenGuard Gold, Declare, and OEKO-TEX.

Documentation

Every project ends with a written report: what we found, what we changed, and what to keep an eye on.

Sample report available on request.
